Terms and Condition  - Radical Wellness

We are trying to keep things simple so please see our T&C by continuing on this site and with purchases or bookings you agree to the terms and conditions set out below by The Love Alchemy and A Pathway to Radical Wellness.

A place in an online and/or in-person workshop/course/event is only secured on the acceptance of a completed payment  

Participants are responsible for their own well-being always and must inform The Love Alchemy directly of any matters affecting their health for the duration of the workshop/treatment/ course.

The Love Alchemy reserves the right to ask a student to leave the course. All participants must respect the other participants irrespective of race, colour, creed or gender and will endeavour to respect any values that may be different from their own

 Confidentiality provides privacy and safety within the group. Whilst there is no automatic presumption that all information given is confidential, students must work within the guideline that all personal information about group members is confidential.

The Love Alchemy, the organiser/s and the venue are not, and will not, be held liable for any assumed damage that is deemed to occur at any time.

Participants accept that all knowledge is given in good faith and they understand that they are entering a training in a pioneer field and all such training is given in good faith to the highest known safety standards of known or perceived practices within this discipline.

Your email address will never be shared with any 3rd parties and you will receive only the type of content for which you signed up.

 

All content within The Love Alchemy - A Pathway to Radical Wellness is a paid for service and should not be shared outside the group. 

Cancellation of the A pathway to Radical wellness subscription needs to be given before the next payment date to ensure payment is not taken, failure to do so will result in you still being charged. 

 

Refunds for services and online courses are not permitted and do not affect your statutory rights.

 

I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to abide by the Love Alchemy's and A Pathway to Radical Wellness terms and conditions. I hereby state that I, or any persons acting on my behalf, will not hold or claim against The Love Alchemy, or any of the team, venues and organizers for any damages assumed or otherwise for any conditions, be it emotional, mental, spiritual, physical or financial relating to any treatment/event/workshop with The Love Alchemy or A Pathway to Radical Wellness
